July 22. A pleasant day in the Yu River valley. Soft and bright sunshine, freezing air, mild slope with wind at my back.
Day 15 – 5130 Meters High!
July 21, 2023. Highlight day of the trip, as we are arriving at the highest point of the entire highway—Mount Dongda Pass with an elevation of 5130 meters!
Day 14 – An Extremely Disgusting Uphill: Mount Jueba
At an altitude of 3911 meters, Mount Jueba is definitely not the highest pass along the way, but is widely regarded as the most disgusting and exasperating uphill, if not by all.
Day 10 – Cycling in the Sky
Starting from Litang at an altitude of 3900 meters and ending at Honying at 4100 meters, it was a day cycling at an altitude of 4000 meters.
